About the exhibition

How does the Exhibition work?

Once you make your booking and have paid your deposit, your location within the Exhibition Hall will be confirmed to you.

In September you will be e-mailed a password to the Exhibitor Zone on this site. The Exhibitor Zone gives you access to the Exhibitor’s Manual on-line which will enable you to book all your requirements for your stands including furniture, lights, internet connections, additional exhibitor badges etc.  You will receive confirmation of all your orders from ETT before the conference.

You will have access to the exhibition hall from Tuesday, 6th March 2007 at 8:00am. If you have booked space only you will receive the standard package of chairs and powerpoints unless you specify differently.

The exhibition opens to delegates at 5:00pm on Wednesday 7th March 2007 with a Welcome Reception held in the Exhibition Hall. Canapes and drinks are included and it is the first opportunity for delegates to meet exhibitors.

Networking Opportunities

Throughout Thursday and Friday, all coffee breaks are held in the Exhibition Hall and will be available in the areas noted on the floorplan.  Lunch is also served in the Exhibition Hall, buffet style, and drinks are available at the drinks section. This allows for the maximum flow of delegates throughout the venue.

Conference Benefits

Exhibitor Delegates can also attend a number of seminars during the morning and afternoon providing staffing levels allow, although the exhibition hall is open throughout these seminars.

Exhibitors also have the chance to make their own commerical presentations in the ETT Forum, which is situated in the Exhibition Hall.
