ETT Ltd was set up in October 2002 to organise the ETT Conference and Exhibition that was held in Geneva in April 2003 (which was administered by the ville de Geneve). ETT Ltd has been fully responsible for the organisation and administration the ETT events since ETT 2004 in Copenhagen. The company is registered in England, and is a company which has no share capital nor shareholders, and is limited by guarantee. The first AGM was held on 26th April 2003, and from this meeting the Board was elected.
It was decided at the ETT Board Meeting on Friday, 9th December 2005 to change, and simplify, the structure of the Board in order to facilitate decision-making, as well as to maintain consistency.
Martin Wyatt continues in his role as the Chairman of the ETT Board, and the Board now further consists of Christopher Goodhart, Ingrid Prinsen, Jean Botcazo and Richard Brundle. Steven Mindel and Carol Stenberg act in ex-officio, administrative roles.
The Board welcomes input from all ETT colleagues, and will be co-opting assistance where required. If you wish to offer your time or services to ETT, please do contact one of the listed Board members.
